FRANK VALENTIC
Managing Director and Officer in Effective Control
Frank Valentic is the founder and is considered to be one of Australia’s leading buyer's and vendor's advocates. He has a passion for real estate and a wealth of experience in the property market, having purchased hundreds of properties on behalf of clients.
Frank is a fully licensed estate agent and Chairperson of the REIV Buyer’s Agent Chapter. He was voted the Joint winner of the Victorian Buyer's Agent of the Year 2007 and Inaugural Australian Buyer's Agent of the Year in 2008. He was again awarded Victorian Buyer's Agent of the year in 2009 and Australian Buyer's Agent of the year in 2010.
Frank is a regular presenter at investment and property exhibitions and seminars and was the first Buyer's Agent to present at the Australasian Real Estate Conference. He is often sought for comment on the property market by various media and writes regular articles for PRW newspaper and Your Property Investment magazine.

JULIE KNIGHT
Associate Partner - Buyer's Agent/Vendor's Advocate
Born and bred in Melbourne, Julie believes local knowledge is crucial to her role. With more than 10 years experience in the real estate industry, she has extensive market knowledge and has assisted many clients in successfully buying and selling many properties.
Dealing with clients and building a rapport with people from all walks of life has enabled Julie to develop excellent customer service and communication skills and she believes these, combined with her honesty and integrity, are the attributes that bring her success.
On weekends you will find Julie playing with her two beloved boxers, Buster and Mo.

Starting out as a Finance Broker before making the move into real estate, Thomas has extensive experience in negotiating deals for his clients and has a thorough understanding of property acquisitions and finance. This is a great asset when assisting his clients with their individual property purchases.

Business Manager / Sales Coordinator
A qualified agent's representative, Anna has years of experience in the real estate industry working in sales and administrative roles. She lives by the company philosophy of 'constant and never-ending improvement' and is passionate about providing excellent customer service.
An integral part of the team, Anna ensures the smooth running of the sales department on a day-to-day basis and is passionate about assisting the sales team so they can work more closely with their clients.

Brant brings with him over seven years of experience as a Property Management specialist. JENNIFER JONES
Senior Property Manager
To say Jennifer’s experience in Property Management is extensive would be an understatement. With an impressive thirty one years working within the real estate industry, she has a wealth of knowledge across all areas of Property Management.
Having started as a Receptionist, Jennifer moved up through the ranks in various positions as Property Management Assistant, managing the Trust Bookkeeping and working as both a Commercial and Residential Property Manager.
Her breadth of experience within Property Management is further complimented by her knowledge of all areas across Melbourne. Although Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the bayside area having worked in the area for 15 years, she also has great knowledge of the inner city, Northern and Western suburbs.
Jennifer enjoys being part of the community with involvement in the Elwood RSL, Neighborhood Watch Program and enjoys supporting local bands around the Bayside area.

NATASHA GREENE
Property Management Assistant
Natasha started her real estate career as a receptionist where she dealt with numerous tenants and landlords and realised she wanted to pursue a career in Property Management. Since joining our team, Natasha is assisting in all areas of the Property Management division and enjoys the challenges of providing a quality service to our landlords and clients.
Natasha loves sport and in the past has worked as a swim instructor teaching children how to swim. She enjoys participating in a range of sports including netball, badminton and swimming.

With more than 20 years administration experience across various industries, Michelle is passionate about marketing our company and ensuring clients receive exceptional service. She loves working within the real estate industry and is a keen property investor.
Prior to taking Maternity leave with her first child, Michelle managed our office and continually improved our systems and procedures as the company grew.
