FRANK VALENTIC
Managing Director and Officer in Effective Control
Frank Valentic is the sole Managing Director and Officer in Effective
Control and is now considered one of the leading Buyer's/ Vendor's Advocates in Australia. He has a wealth of experience
in the property market and has purchased hundreds of
properties on behalf of clients in the last eight
years.
Frank is a fully Licensed Estate
Agent and member of the REIV and has tertiary qualifications
including a Bachelor of Applied Science and Graduate
Diplomas in Business Administration and Secondary Education.
Frank is a regular key presenter at the Investment and Property Expos and was the first Buyer's Advocate to present at the Australasian Real Estate Conference.
He has a real passion for
real estate and has developed his own extensive property portfolio
over the last thirteen years. He enjoys helping
clients meet their varying property buying needs and he draws
from his own personal experiences to assist his clients
in either building their own property portfolios or buying their dream home.
He is regularly asked to provide his expert opinions and reports
on the current property market in various forms of media including
The Age, Herald Sun and Australian Property Investor Magazine.
He is proud to lead an Award Winning team of professionals.
JULIE KNIGHT
Buyer's Agent / Vendor's Advocate
Julie is born and bred in Melbourne and believes local knowledge is an important attribute for any Real Estate Agent. With over seven years experience in the Industry, she has extensive knowledge of the market and has assisted many clients in successfully buying and selling thier properties.
Dealing with so many clients over the years and building a rapport with people from all walks of life has enabled Julie to develop excellent customer service and communication skills and she believes these, combined with her honesty and integrity, are the attributes that bring her success.
ANGELA GRIFFIN
Director's Personal Assistant & Sales Secretary/ Assistant
After completing her Real Estate Agent's Representative course in 2005, Angela pursued her passion for Real Estate in early 2006 in highly demanding administrative roles. With an extensive backround in customer service, we are pleased to have Angela on the Advantage team with her thorough knowledge of dealing with both buyers and sellers in their property transactions.
When not working, Angela is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys playing and coaching netball, tennis, running, surfing and going to the gym.
INESSA KABAKER
Senior Property Manager
Multi tasking is what Inessa does best. Working full time, managing her family and studying her Full Real Estate Licence are just a few things Inessa is currently involved in!
Clients would best describe Inessa as “always doing as she says”, reliable, passionate and proactive. “I love bringing properties, landlords and tenants together and going home each day knowing that I have made a difference in someone’s life,
no matter how big or small.” Offering professional and honest advice and alwaysproviding “excellence in Customer Service” is Inessa’s main objective.
On a lighter note, Inessa loves going on holidays and participating in some serious retail therapy. In her spare time, she can be found catching up with friends orreading the latest gossip magazine. For professional and honest Property Management advice, do not hesitate to call Inessa.
HOLLIE WIGGINS
Property Manager
Hollie initially began work in the tourism industry where she developed her passion for helping clients. On achieving her Agents Representative Certificate in 2005, Hollie started her Real Estate career, working for a large property management group and after several years experience joins the Advantage Team as Property Manager.
Her bright and enthusiastic personality complements the Advantage team and ensures that all clients receive a service second to none. With Hollie’s experience and knowledge of the industry she is well on her way to a successful career in Property Management.
Away from the office, Hollie enjoys socialising with friends and family, going to the gym and hitting the shops for some retail therapy!
DAVIDAH ZELDIN
Property Management Assistant

Before making the move to Real Estate, Davidah worked in the finance industry for several years where she developed her keen focus on providing excellent customer service.
In 1999 she gained her Agent's Representative Qualifications and has since had several years experience with an agency where she put her multitasking skills to good use, filling a dynamic 'allrounder' role. Davidah now joins the team as Property Management Assistant and hopes to put her skills and knowledge to good use in her new role.
She prides herself on providing great support to the Property Management team and ensuring all clients receive excellent customer service.
MICHELLE VALENTIC
Office Manager
Michelle has over 13 years administration experience working in various industries,
however the last seven years she specialised within the finance / investment industry. Michelle has extensive investment knowledge having completed her Diploma of Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking.
Michelle is employed as the General Manager and is committed to improving the service we provide to our clients. She oversees the smooth running of the business including administration, computers, finance and marketing. She has excellent organisation skills and aims to continually improve the running of the business and ensure we continue to be an industry leader with our Customer Service.
ANNA CROSS
Administration Coordinator

A qualified Agent's Representative, Anna has several years experience in the industry and brings to the team her enthusiasm for Real Estate administration. Anna is employed in the role of Administration Coordinator where she ensures the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis.
Anna is an integral part of the Advantage team, she lives by the company philosophy of "Constant and Never Ending Improvement" and is always on the lookout for ways to improve the daily running of the business.
In her spare time, Anna enjoys going to the gym, relaxing with friends and family and alot of shopping!
NICOLE CURRIE
Receptionist / Administration Assistant

Nicole joined the Advantage team in the role of Receptionist / Administration Assistant. Nicole has extensive experience in administration after spending many years in Customer Service/Administrative roles and after travelling and working in Europe has returned to pursue her passion for Real Estate.
She is constantly striving to grow her knowledge of the industry and ensures the highest level of customer service is always maintained.
In her spare time, Nicole enjoys going to the beach, spending time with her friends and going to the gym.
JESSICA ROBBINS
Jessica is an integral part of our team and has over 5 years experience in real estate working in Administrative and Property Management roles. Jessica is employed as our Office Manager and oversees the smooth running of our business
including administration, computers, finance and marketing. She has excellent organisational skills and aims to continually improve the running of the business to ensure we continue to be an industry leader.
Jessica is kept busy out of hours with her daughter Luca and son James, and her management of being a working mum is testiment to her organisational skills! She is currently on maternity leave and will be returning during the year.
