Interest Rate Cut - 6th December

The RBA decided to reduce rates by 25 basis points, which is the second consecutive rate cut and takes the offical rate to 4.25%. We see this as good news for the property sector and expect buyers to start gaining confidence back in the market. The rate will also reduce the average Australian mortgage by around $60 per month.
